Bisphenol-A (BPA) is a white crystalline mass that is obtained by reacting phenol and acetone using a catalyst.
Because the compound has two hydroxyl groups with high sensitivity at the tip of each molecule,
it is popularly used as an ingredient in high-molecular chemical compounds.
